The Winter ’25 — 7.9 release introduces major enhancements to the Nuvasuite platform, focused on improving usability, performance, and interface consistency across core workflows. Key areas of improvement include:

These updates reduce manual overhead, enhance visibility into patient and practice data, and ensure a more intuitive experience for all users.
A dedicated stylesheet has been implemented to unify design across:
Patient Record Intake Forms
Patient Portal Intake Forms
Excludes Kiosk and Complaint forms
Updated the UI/UX of Complaint Forms in both the Patient Portal and Patient Record interfaces.
Enhanced step tracking using SequenceNum ensures accurate display of patient progress throughout the intake journey.
Layout improvements guide users clearly through each form section.
Main Navbar:
User role selection moved into a dropdown for a cleaner interface
Condensed appointment counters for space efficiency
Patient Record Navbar:
Shortened headings to improve responsiveness on smaller screens
Settings Menu:
Removed user’s first name from the dropdown to maintain visual consistency
UI/UX Refresh:
All dashboard reports have been redesigned for improved readability and modern visual design
Text contrast and layout spacing have been optimized
KPI Enhancements:
Help icon now launches a modal with KPI explanations and links to the Support Center
Appointment Summary KPIs now display in three columns for better layout

Corrected "Total Revenue" graph display

Dynamic Appointment Graphs:
Weekly graphs now respond to selected date ranges
Introduced DayIndex mapping (Mon = 1, Sun = 7) to ensure accurate weekday alignment
Scheduling Dashboard Enhancements:
Time of Day Report now aligns with practice settings
Appointments by Type displays rolling 6-week window, no longer grouped by month
Appointments by Day chart now omits trend percentage for clarity
UI Enhancements:
Improved layout, readability, and overall usability
Added total file count and claim counter per ERA file
Enhanced error dialog design

File Name Search to locate files quickly
Copy Body Button for easy copying of ERA contents
Updated Edit button on bulletin board messages for better usability
Prevents unnecessary screen refreshes while the notes dialog is open
Automatically refreshes Front Desk view only when the dialog is closed
Revenue KPIs and appointment graphs now correctly reflect date range filters
Clarified Appointment Type charts to show the current plus 6-week period
Removed irrelevant trend percentages from certain reports
Fixed broken Edit/Delete buttons on Emergency Contact and Profile Intake Forms
Corrected a dashboard issue where all weekly appointments appeared under Monday
Resolved misalignment issues with KPI tooltips
Fixed filter reset issue on ERA page — all fields now clear as expected
Corrected sorting issues on Received Date, File Name, and Payer columns in the ERA table
