2. Eligibility for Refund
Customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The customer has completed the required private 60-minute onboarding session.
3. Onboarding and Training
Each customer will receive a 60-minute onboarding session conducted by a dedicated Success Manager, aimed at facilitating the full utilization of NUVAsuite’s capabilities.
4. Procedure for Requesting a Refund
- Following the onboarding session, if the customer is not satisfied and decides that NUVAsuite does not meet their needs, the customer may request a refund by contacting Accounting@NUVAsuite.com.
- Upon verification of the customer’s eligibility for a refund, NUVAsuite will cancel the subscription and initiate a refund process.
